– Organise and manage events related to sponsorships, ensuring all logistical details are handled efficiently.
Experience
– Proven experience in a similar role, preferably within human resources or organisational management settings.
– Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
– Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with an emphasis on phone etiquette.
– Experience in team management and supervising staff is highly desirable.
– Proficiency in clerical tasks and administrative duties, ensuring smooth office operations.
– Familiarity with QuickBooks or similar financial management software is an advantage.
